What It Does
Drop raw text โ emails, links, HTML, anything โ into the left box. Hit EXTRACT. Get a clean, deduplicated, filtered email list on the right. No junk. No duplicates. Auto-trash removed silently.
Controls
[ EXTRACT ]Pulls all valid emails from your raw input. Also fires automatically on paste.
[ COPY ]Copies the full result list to clipboard. Shows Copied โ for 2 sec โ no popups.
[ DOWNLOAD ALL ]Downloads results as a .txt file. Use Split N to break into chunks.
Split NEnter a number to split download into groups of N emails separated by blank lines.
SeparatorChoose how emails are joined in output: New Line / Comma / Pipe / Colon.
Remove DotsStrips dots from Gmail locals โ john.doe@gmail = johndoe@gmail. Helps deduplicate Gmail lists.
Exclude โพManually block specific emails or domains from results. Type them in, hit Save.
Filter โพ โ Show Only (Teal)
Keeps only the email types you check. Leave all unchecked to show everything. Use the Other option to type your own domain to keep (e.g. icloud.com, me.com). Check multiple to keep several at once.
Drop โพ โ Remove (Red)
Removes the email types you check from results. Use Big Senders to drop bulk/marketing domains like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendgrid. Use Other to type a domain or local to drop (e.g. noreply, admin).
Found: X โ Domain Breakdown ๐ฅ
Click "Found: X"Opens the domain breakdown card โ shows every domain with its email count, sorted highest to lowest.
Click a domain rowInstantly copies all emails from that domain to clipboard. The row flashes โ to confirm.
Close the cardHit โ on the card, or click anywhere outside it.
Auto-Trash Filter โ Always On, Silent
Number-only localse.g. 1234567@domain.com โ removed automatically.
Placeholder emailstest@, example@, noreply@, no-reply@, donotreply@, user@, admin@test.com etc.
File extension TLDsAnything ending .png, .jpg, .gif, .css, .js and similar โ removed.
DuplicatesExact-match duplicates are removed. Only unique emails make it through.
Quick Workflow
Step 1Paste raw data into the left box (or load a .txt / .csv file).
Step 2Set your Drop and Filter preferences.
Step 3Hit EXTRACT.
Step 4Click Found: X to see your domain breakdown, click any row to copy those emails.
Step 5Hit COPY for the full list, or DOWNLOAD ALL to save.
